Response

Requires shipment_ids (nonempty array) and ship_date (YYYY-MM-DD). The provider must support scan forms for the submitted shipments. Response fields are id, scan_form_id, status, form_url and ship_date. This is the original V1 scan-form route, not the V2 manifests resource.

V1 responses use the original endpoint-specific JSON structure. Do not wrap them in the V2 code/message/data envelope.
