ShipBuy provides shipping labels through integrated carriers. Label costs are charged to your prepaid wallet at the time of purchase. Carrier adjustments (weight or dimension corrections, address corrections, and similar surcharges) may be billed after delivery.

You agree not to use ShipBuy to ship prohibited or restricted items, to misdeclare package contents, weights, or values, or to violate any applicable law or carrier policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShipBuy is not a carrier. Transportation of your packages is performed by third-party carriers under their respective terms of service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipBuy's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service.
