Choose a Carrier Around the Shipment, Not Just the Brand
Create a service comparison that considers destination coverage, delivery needs, package characteristics and the way your warehouse hands off parcels.

Start with the delivery requirement
Define the destination, delivery window and any special handling needs. Then check which services are actually available for that shipment. A carrier name alone does not describe the service or its conditions.
Compare available options
FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and regional providers such as GOFO, UniUni or SpeedX can be candidates where the relevant services are available. Verify coverage, package restrictions and current terms rather than assuming every provider serves every address.
Include the warehouse handoff
Review pickup availability, drop-off arrangements and the process for tracking exceptions. Keep a workable alternative for shipments that do not fit the usual service.
Evaluate results across comparable parcels. The useful question is which service fits this shipment, not which brand should win every comparison.
