Start with the shipment

Check the recipient address, apartment or suite, postal code and destination country. Confirm the selected ship-from address is where the parcel will actually be handed over. An address verification result does not confirm that the recipient or unit number is correct.

Measure the packed parcel

Record weight and outside dimensions after packing, including protective materials. A saved package preset is a starting point; verify it when the product combination or carton changes.

Review the service

• Compare the shipping price and the delivery estimate.
• Check signature and coverage selections.
• Confirm the shipping date and handoff plan.

After purchase, match the label to the physical package before printing the next batch.
